Position Details:
Industry: Architecture and Design
Contract Duration: 4-6 months
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, during standard business hours. This is a temporary role with potential for extension.
Location: Primarily remote with occasional on-site responsibilities.
Compensation: $30 - $50 per hour, based on experience and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Oversight: Manage 8 open positions across multiple locations, with the potential to oversee up to 20 roles in the near future.
- Candidate Reporting: Deliver weekly reports on candidate sourcing, screening outcomes, and reasons for candidate withdrawals.
- Recruitment Workflow: Adhere to a structured recruitment process, which includes phone screenings, virtual interviews with hiring managers, in-person interviews with team members, and presentations for leadership roles.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to presenting candidates.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the HR team and fellow recruiters to ensure fairness and establish recruitment standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven background in recruitment within architecture, engineering, or construction is essential. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong time management skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent collaborative abilities with a focus on providing data-driven solutions. Candidates should be capable of self-management.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Paycom or UKG is advantageous.
Background Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Must possess experience in recruiting for architecture, engineering, and construction roles.
- Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated capability in managing full-cycle recruitment processes and collaborating effectively with hiring teams.
