In your role as a Corporate Talent Scout, you will promote career opportunities and our esteemed company culture. You will forge strong partnerships through exceptional customer service with hiring managers, assessing recruiting needs and implementing strategies to attract top talent to our team.

Join a collaborative, employee-centric team where you can enhance your skill set by identifying and executing improvements in recruiting and the candidate experience. Expand your recruiting knowledge through engaging with qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding. Develop your human resources expertise and network as you enhance the onboarding process for all new hires.

Skills That Will Contribute to Your Success
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, management, or communications, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship-building capabilities
