We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to enhance our expanding team. Reporting to one of our cofounders, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify, attract, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent for mid to senior-level positions across various departments, including R&D and G&A. This is a full-time contract role with the potential for extension or transition to permanent employment based on exceptional performance. Your Impact:
- Manage the complete recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles across diverse business functions, including product management, software engineering, data science, and more.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
