Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Gjelina Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and checking them in, distributing room keys, and explaining hotel amenities
  • Managing online, phone, and in-person room reservations
  • Providing information about hotel services, rates, and amenities
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upselling additional facilities and services when appropriate
  • Providing baggage storage services for guests
  • Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments
  • Communicating with potential and future guests about upcoming reservations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of hotel experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Problem-solving abilities and self-motivation
  • Good judgment, integrity, trust, ethics, and values
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
