Receptionist Job Description

At Capri Health & Rehab, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, visitors, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greets patients, visitors, and guests, determining the purpose of each visit and directing or escorting them to the appropriate location.
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls, takes messages, and schedules appointments as needed.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries, and delivers or distributes items.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, bilingualism is a plus.
  • One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
