Key Responsibilities:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will lead and inspire a team to ensure exceptional guest experiences from the outset. Your role will involve modeling and executing the highest standards of service while fostering a welcoming environment for all. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing ambassador schedules while maintaining accurate Kronos reports.
  • Preparing and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues effectively.
  • Supervising and training team members to uphold service standards.
  • Planning, assigning, and directing daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ordering and maintaining necessary products and supplies.
  • Ensuring food quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to sanitation standards.
  • Documenting maintenance needs to ensure facility upkeep.
  • Maintaining a communication log to record daily events.
  • Coordinating with maintenance for the proper functioning of equipment.
  • Keeping a repair log and managing labor costs efficiently.
  • Executing supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and legal requirements, including interviewing, hiring, and training staff; planning and directing work; evaluating performance; and addressing concerns.
  • Ensuring outstanding guest service by meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Occasionally assisting in other areas of the park as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic math, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to create and interpret graphs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification upon selection.
  • Ability to pass alcohol training and maintain a valid Food Handlers card.
  • Physical ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks, including reaching, handling, and kneeling.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Positive interaction skills with guests and coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
Compensation:
  • Hourly rate of 18.50 USD.
