Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage ambassador schedules while maintaining accurate Kronos reports.
  • Prepare and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Supervise and train ambassadors to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plan, assign, and direct daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Order and maintain necessary products and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to food quality, guest service standards, and facility sanitation.
  • Document required repairs to maintain facility standards.
  • Maintain a communication log to record daily events.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for proper equipment operation.
  • Keep a repair log and manage labor costs efficiently.
  • Execute supervisory duties in line with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training ambassadors; planning and directing work; evaluating performance; and addressing complaints.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest needs and expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Assist in various locations and areas throughout the park as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to create and interpret graphs.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager Certification upon selection.
  • Must pass Alcohol training test upon selection.
  • Must pass Food Handlers test and maintain a valid Food Handlers card.
  • Capable of lifting 55 pounds with or without accommodations and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to perform tasks requiring the use of hands and arms, including reaching, handling, feeling, stooping, crawling, or kneeling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Skilled in positively interacting with park guests and coworkers from diverse backgrounds and with special needs.

Compensation:

$18.50 USD per hour.
