Administrative Assistant Opportunity at Renovo Solutions

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Renovo Solutions. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide critical support to our Medical Equipment Management Program, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program administrative needs, including service parts research and procurement, inventory database oversight, and purchasing policy updates.
  • Coordinate vendor services database and assist with RenovoLive database maintenance.
  • Assist with budget analysis, new business proposal research, and accounts payable verification.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a close daily relationship with hospital, medical, and administrative staff, as well as vendors and service personnel.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; A.S. degree in Business Management or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with a service management firm or department.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
