Action Line Sales Manager/TO

We're looking for a skilled professional to drive company success through sales performance. As an Action Line Sales Manager/TO, you'll be responsible for:

• Partnering with sales management staff and senior sales leadership to integrate sales philosophies, strategies, and techniques into the sales process.

• Mentoring and training sales team members to improve their overall sales performance, including one-on-one counseling, classroom modules, ride-along, role playing, and providing study materials.

• Facilitating the use of groundbreaking training systems and methods to optimize sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume each quarter.

• Promoting and supporting all aspects of the branded company culture, including core values, compliance, and professional excellence.

• Planning and facilitating morning meetings for Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, and managers.

• Improving business results, the customer experience, efficiencies, and growing cash down payment at the point of sale.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory position within sales.

• 3+ years working with sales teams in a fast-paced sales environment.

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a branded hospitality company; preferably in timeshare sales.

• Must have a valid Arizona Real Estate license.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
