Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at HV Global Group, Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively utilize sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers, while also reloading existing owners. You will develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads, and cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner.

You will be responsible for following through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in English, and a valid real estate license (where required by law). One year of related experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs. They will also be able to analyze problems and formulate a strategy to overcome challenges, and work effectively in a team environment.

Job Specific Tasks
  1. Building and Maintaining Customer Base
  2. Answering owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities
  3. Following up on referrals/leads from owners
  4. Fulfilling requests from owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information
  5. Contacting owners to monitor satisfaction, make aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities
  6. Developing and maintaining records on customer contacts and using that information to support effective follow-up opportunities
  7. Monitoring contract processing to minimize rescission decisions, provide comprehensive owner assurance, and ensure timeliness of closings
  8. Giving Sales Presentations
  9. Following and adhering to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to owners and guests
  10. Establishing trust with the prospective owner and owners throughout the entire sales process to build on-going rapport
  11. Discovering the needs of prospective owners and owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion and utilizing the information to customize the sales presentation
  12. Providing prospective owners and owners a Sales Gallery, Property, and Model tour specific to their sales distribution site
  13. Explaining the features, advantages, and benefits of the product and advocating the appropriate amount of points to accommodate the prospective owners and owners current and future vacation needs
  14. Completing and closing the sales contract process by ensuring all required/legal paperwork and documents are signed and notarized
  15. Practicing and continuing to develop and improve sales script and presentation
  16. Ensuring clear understanding of finance options and presenting as an approach to ownership
  17. Preparing for daily appointments (e.g., review tour sheet, owner history, presentation details, etc.)
  18. Following up face-to-face guest interaction with email, phone, or mail correspondence and facilitating use of Vacation Ownership Advisor
  19. Answering owner and customer questions regarding product information, servicing issues, construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
  20. Using, demonstrating, and/or coordinating virtual tour (eTour) software for guests
  21. Conducting and Managing Business Transactions
  22. Assuring complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales
  23. Reviewing details of contracts with prospective owners and owners once they decide on purchase
  24. Thoroughly reviewing loan applications and financial documents with the customer and ensuring completed properly
  25. Working with Sales Management to minimize cancellations, provide comprehensive owner assurance, and ensure timeliness of closings
  26. Analyzing problems and formulating a strategy and plan to overcome challenges of getting work done quickly with a high degree of quality
  27. Completing purchase summary worksheet at end of each sale
  28. Reaching out to and influencing Legacy Owners and Every Other Year (EOY) Owners to enroll, upgrade, and maximize all reload opportunities
  29. Providing Service to Others
  30. Responding to and monitoring the resolution of customer and owner inquiries in a timely manner with accurate information
  31. Leveraging resources for providing service to guests and owners (e.g., Vacation Ownership Advisors) in an effective manner
  32. Other
  33. Managing time effectively to punctually attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and guest/owner appointments
  34. Demonstrating total understanding of the culture and processes of the organization
  35. Improving sales presentation approach through self-critique, practice, and lessons from the feedback provided by others (e.g., Sales Manager Coaches, Guests, Owners)
  36. Participating in formal training sessions offered by management team
  37. Attending daily huddles and regularly scheduled team/manager meetings
  38. Assisting in the development and mentoring of other Sales/Membership Executives as requested
  39. Maintaining an awareness of current events (e.g., news, sports, pop-culture) and information on site locations to enable and promote customer relationship building
  40. Performing other duties as assigned
  41. Understanding and abiding by state and federal regulation around all sales and/or marketing activity (i.e. Do Not Call Lists, State registrations, Exemptions, etc.)
