Sales Performance Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to drive company success through exceptional sales leadership and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales management staff and senior sales leadership to integrate sales philosophies, strategies, and techniques into the sales process.
- Lead mentoring and training programs to improve sales team performance, including one-on-one counseling, classroom modules, ride-along, role-playing, and study materials.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, promoting groundbreaking training systems and methods to optimize sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume.
- Plan and facilitate morning meetings for Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, and managers to drive business results and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business outcomes, customer experience, and cash down payment at the point of sale.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in sales.
- 3+ years of sales team management experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a branded hospitality company, preferably in timeshare sales.
- Valid Arizona Real Estate license.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
