- Collaboration: Work with city operations leadership to identify new opportunities to elevate operations and enhance the guest experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports, with a background in hospitality a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and deliver with a focus on driving team performance through coaching, training, and accountability.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to define clear action steps for team members and effectively delegate.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to take the initiative and problem-solve independently.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Technology: Embraces technology for team management and collaboration, with a willingness to adopt new and emerging technologies.

- Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry items up to 40lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range $66,600 - $70,000, plus benefits and perks.
