Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports, with a background in hospitality a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and deliver with a focus on driving team performance through coaching, training, and accountability.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to define clear action steps for team members and effectively delegate.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to take the initiative and problem-solve independently.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Technology: Embraces technology for team management and collaboration, with a willingness to adopt new and emerging technologies.
