Hospital Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Director of Operations to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our hospital operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage hospital operations, including staff management, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hospital growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with medical directors and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of hospital staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
- Manage hospital finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a veterinary hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of success in driving hospital growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
