Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Legends Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the oversight of all production, operation, and sanitation aspects of our culinary and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the oversight of all production, operation, and sanitation aspects of culinary and food service operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
