Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Omm IT Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of our IT infrastructure, assisting with strategic planning, project tracking, and the development of documents and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management and tracking of our IT strategic plan, tasks, and projects.
  • Revising and maintaining a roadmap of IT infrastructure projects and upgrades that are prioritized and assigned for execution.
  • Providing project management support.
  • Assisting with budget and cost analysis and comparison.
  • Developing and reviewing policies and procedures.
  • Conducting technical reviews of IT tasks.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. They must be able to effectively quantify specific, detailed information for their recommendations in written and verbal formats. A versatile understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities is also required.

The candidate should have a working understanding of technology integration with physical, virtual, and cloud-based solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to facilitate clear and concise delivery statuses on multiple, concurrent activities.

The ability to perform contract analysis, schedule reviews, and cost estimations is also necessary. Attention to detail and the ability to prepare program plans, contract cost-analysis, contract management, including budget and schedule development, are essential skills.

PMP Certification is a must. Experience with project management tools and developing policies, procedures, and work instructions is also required.
