Operations Manager

This is a full-time, entry-level position located within one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or other operations buildings. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for engaging, leading, and developing your team in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support, mentor, and motivate direct report Amazon Associates
- Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment
- Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
- Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and/or holidays based on business needs
- Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (at applicable facilities), and step in as needed
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Climb and descend stairs (when applicable)
- A bachelor's or master's degree with all requirements completed between May 2023 and August 2025
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Currently enrolled in or graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or another related field
