About the Role

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance program, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality maintenance services that support our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the seamless operation of our maintenance program.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and support operational objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance issues and develop action plans for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, procedures, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to maintenance technicians to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members to achieve their goals.
  • Commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of safety regulations, protocols, and procedures.
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
