Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient operation of facilities and delivery of maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and improve overall facility efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols, procedures, and regulations.
  • Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • 4-year degree in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong commitment to safety and experience in conducting safety training, audits, and inspections.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $116,000, plus a 10% bonus incentive.
