Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to oversee the operations, maintenance, and strategic development of our properties and manufacturing equipment. This is a direct hire opportunity with our client in Charlton, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property and equipment strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Utilize data-driven decision-making processes to optimize facility operations
- Conduct facility condition assessments and plan for future needs
- Manage facility budgets, including hands-on cost control measures and financial reporting
- Evaluate current manufacturing equipment and create business cases for improvement and replacement as necessary
- Report to the Director of Engineering
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven hands-on experience as an improvement-focused Facilities Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong practical knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Direct experience with capital improvement project management and budgeting
- Proficiency in facility management software and data analysis tools
