POSITION SUMMARY

As an Automotive Customer Service Consultant at Big O Tires, your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and driving sales. If you possess a background in service sales, a proven sales record, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences, we would like to hear from you. This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that demands the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, alongside excellent customer service and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products, services, warranties, and maintenance issues.
  • Stay informed through ongoing training and vendor resources.
  • Comply with Big O Tires policies and procedures.
  • Support fellow sales or service associates as needed to exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility and surrounding areas.
  • Help with the receiving or transferring of goods and inventory management, including unloading deliveries and stocking the warehouse.
  • Maintain the presentation of showroom merchandise.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols as outlined in company policies.
  • Facilitate sales of tires and related services.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in tire and automotive service sales.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive services and tire products.
  • Effective leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in preventive maintenance sales.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Possess problem-solving skills and be a self-starter.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly.
  • Valid driver's license required.
