Position Overview
Do you possess a passion for cultivating relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences? As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing our business and positively impacting the lives of our team members and customers daily. We seek dynamic, energetic individuals who are dedicated to redefining the car-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers who inquire about vehicles, utilizing effective communication methods.
- Guide customers through the initial buying process to the final sale.
- Build rapport with customers to establish a strong referral network.
- Respond to internet leads promptly and provide detailed product information.
- Manage sales phone calls and schedule appointments for customers.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-inquiry and after sales.
- Conduct test drives and provide thorough vehicle walkarounds.
- Maintain customer relationships to foster repeat business.
- Utilize a customer relationship management database effectively.
- Exhibit professionalism in appearance and conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of eighteen years.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Prior experience in automotive sales, retail, customer service, or business development is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
- Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
