Candidate Profile
We are looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated individuals who are eager to work with advanced automotive technology. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician, preferably with luxury brands.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive Technical training or a Trade School degree is highly preferred.
- A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to proprietary training.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- A personal set of basic automotive tools.
- ASE Certifications are advantageous and relevant to the certification process.
- A professional appearance and work ethic.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
