About the Role:

As a Senior Associate Broker at CBRE, you will be responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate properties for clients. Your expertise will be recognized through honorary titles such as Senior Associate, Vice President, and Executive Vice President, awarded based on production.

Key Responsibilities:

Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building

Provide clients with pertinent information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values

Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms

Compile property data, including tenant surveys, summary reports, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments

Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and review RFP responses, analyzing data and preparing real estate reports

Gather and coordinate materials necessary for transactions, including listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements

Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence

Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation affecting the real estate industry

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university

Tennessee Real Estate Salesperson license

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to provide efficient service to clients

Knowledge of financial terms and principles, ability to calculate intermediate figures, and conduct basic financial analysis
