Job Description

Realty Trust Group (RTG) is a leading real estate advisory and services firm dedicated to the healthcare and life science industry. We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our team of professionals serving the healthcare real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project leadership for various client engagements involving strategic real estate planning initiatives, portfolio optimization and monetization, project feasibility and financing, financial modeling and advisory, and real estate transactions and fair market value analyses.
  • Develop and maintain industry contacts and relationships through general business development efforts across service lines.
  • Provide reviewed technical advice and client deliverables.
  • Serve in appropriate engagement management roles and oversee analysts' work on specific engagements, including responsibility for quality control and staff development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in real estate, finance, economics, healthcare, accounting, or engineering.
  • Master of Business Administration preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of real estate experience.
  • Active Tennessee real estate license required.
  • Relevant designation or accreditation such as CCIM preferred.
