Digital Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to develop and maintain client relationships, manage project completion within client objectives and budgets, and expand opportunities for new business relationships. The ideal candidate will be a smart, high-energy marketer with a strong understanding of digital analytics and marketing principles.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and retention.
- Manage project completion within client objectives and budgets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Articulate client project goals and objectives to internal teams, ensuring efficient project direction.
- Manage multiple projects across several clients simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
- Provide assistance to team members for project and new business development, as directed.
- Prepare and present materials to clients and internal groups, as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Three to five years of agency account management experience required.
- Basic understanding of digital analytics and marketing principles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite.
