Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team at The New Haven Companies. As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in outside sales and a working knowledge of the Moving & Storage industry. You will be required to establish, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers, identify new business opportunities, and expand market presence within the assigned region.

Your key responsibilities will include handling pricing negotiations, order entry, and inventory management to meet customer needs, optimizing delivery routes to ensure efficiency and timeliness of service, and regularly updating and reporting to the Senior VP of Sales on business performance and sales strategies.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve service.
