About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager - Prefabricated Solutions to join our team at Creative Office Resources. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts, building relationships with clients, and presenting prefabricated solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field, and excellent communication and presentation skills. A 4-year college degree with a focus on design, architecture, or construction is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target accounts through effective relationship-building and business development strategies.
- Present prefabricated solutions to clients, highlighting innovative methods and technology.
- Work closely with the internal team to successfully implement projects and develop repeat client business.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and personal car required.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to offer options and resolve problems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits
