Job Overview

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission/bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
  • Educate customers about insurance options, using a customer-focused approach to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License, as well as Life/Health License.
