As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating patient access operations, ensuring seamless and efficient patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate front office operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and billing.
  • Supervise and train front office staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate and timely patient information.
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records and data.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
