Patient Access Representative II

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative II to join our team at Conifer Revenue Cycle Solutions. As a key member of our patient access team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient registration process for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Registration and Scheduling: You will be responsible for registering patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and accurate.
- Financial Clearance: You will work closely with patients to ensure that all financial obligations are met, and that patients understand their financial responsibilities.
- Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance: You will ensure that all patient information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and guidelines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a customer service role; 0-1 year of experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
You will be working in a hospital administration setting, interacting with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. You must be able to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods and occasionally lift/carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
