About the Role

OCLI Vision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the administration of one of our clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising office staff, monitoring budgets, billing, ordering supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise the office staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive work environment.
  • Human Resources: Manage all HR-related activities in the clinic, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming, manage office operations and procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Maximize office productivity through effective triage of physician's schedule, scheduling of staff, planning, assigning, and directing tasks, and proficient use of appropriate software applications.
  • Supply Chain Management: Responsible for the maintenance of supplies and clinical equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Training and Development: Responsible for training of staff and making appropriate recommendations to administration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of trends in ophthalmology and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a medical practice.
  • Extensive experience with an EMR system.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an affinity for customer service.
