About the Role

OCLI Vision is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Office Manager to oversee the administration of one of our clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising office staff, monitoring budgets, billing, ordering supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Office Staff: Lead and motivate a team of administrative professionals to achieve exceptional patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, billing, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency, productivity, and patient flow.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership and Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, provide training and development opportunities, and promote a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a medical practice
  • Extensive experience with an EMR system
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
