Job Description

We're seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant who will be responsible for building relationships with property managers, facility managers, and industrial customers, seeking new business through cold calling and networking, maintaining existing accounts and relationships, participating in industry events and tradeshows, ensuring clear communication of customer needs and expectations through detailed proposals, collaborating with the team to ensure project expectations are met, meeting with customers and performing estimates, and winning sales commitments in a competitive market.


Responsibilities
  • Establish strong working relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed proposals outlining solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Promote CertaPro Painters' services at industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer data.

Requirements
  • 2-year degree in a related field required.
  • B2B commercial sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A track record as a top performer is highly valued.
  • A working knowledge of paints, coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT, and construction is desirable.
