Job Overview

At Grameen America Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated Community Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will play a vital role in increasing our branch's membership base through various community outreach activities.

This is an entry-level position that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for working with diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to attract and recruit new members.
  2. Maintain accurate documentation of all member searches and other recruiting activities.
  3. Build meaningful relationships with members and provide quality customer service support.
  4. Facilitate regular group meetings and trainings on business development and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School diploma or equivalency required; two years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.
