  • Review and adjust billing from contractors and vendors, issue cash accounts, credit cards, and equipment codes.
  • Plan, coordinate, and expedite special activities or projects.
  • May supervise other clerical staff, including selecting, training, and evaluating performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with budgeting and payroll procedures.
