Job Description

This position is located in the Neurosurgery department at the University of Oklahoma. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the department, performing a variety of tasks including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, preparing reports and correspondence, and coordinating activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Coordinate activities and events, including meetings and conferences.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 36 months of administrative support experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
