Patient Experience Lead

Key Responsibilities- Coordinating and directing all patient experience activities within assigned systems.
- Selectively negotiating matters relating to system/account patient satisfaction initiatives to ensure highest client and customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintaining and supporting client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
- HS diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience; 4 year degree preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) and proficient in Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask essential.
Estimated Salary: $62,400 - $64,000 per annum
