The Role:
The Patient Experience Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional patient experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing quality customer service and responding to patient requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Updating patient account information accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining knowledge of insurance providers and ensuring accurate information entry
- Fostering a professional work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Performing related tasks as required to ensure smooth operations
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of two years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
- An excellent understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
