Patient Experience Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Specialist to join our team at Apa Aesthetic. As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment that exceeds patient expectations.
Responsibilities- Patient Service: Serve as the first point of contact and concierge for patients as they arrive at our office, maintain a professional appearance, and remain engaged with patients.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule new patients and guide them through appointments, assist in tracking and monitoring patient activity throughout their entire experience journey, and collaborate with other front desk staff when needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Ensure patient rooms are prepared, offer refreshments, and make note of comfort list preferences, and develop personal sales techniques to maximize patient conversion.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience a plus.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in dental software systems.
