Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our valued wholesale customers, providing informative and responsive service to meet their needs. This role will involve interacting with customers through phone, email, and voicemail, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage special requests and problem-solve with customers, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Shipping and Purchasing, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolution of customer issues.
  • Make outbound calls to fill downtime between incoming calls and provide proactive customer support.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment, including multi-line phones and scanners.
  • Ability to maintain composure under high volume and pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation every four weeks. The work environment is casual and office-based, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support.
