About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
