Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, driving sales growth and loyalty
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed, and stock shelves and set up displays
- Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries as needed, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and suggesting ways to improve sales
- Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
- Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a wage range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
