Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main contact for all patient-related inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
2. Coordinate patient care services, including appointment scheduling, record management, and communication facilitation between patients and healthcare professionals.
3. Oversee front desk operations, greeting patients, answering calls, and addressing inquiries professionally.
4. Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement personalized care plans for patients.
5. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
6. Provide patient education, offering resources and information to help them understand their health conditions and treatment options.
7. Work with insurance providers to verify coverage, process claims, and resolve billing issues.
8. Engage in continuous training and development to stay informed on best practices in patient care coordination.

Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of experience in a patient care coordination role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
2. Proven expertise in front desk operations, including patient inquiries and appointment management.
3. Outstanding customer service skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and support.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective interactions with patients, providers, and insurers.
5. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
6. Proficient in healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
8. Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and in compliance with privacy laws.
9. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
