Patient Services Coordinator

Atlantic Reproductive Medicine Specialists is seeking dedicated candidates for a full-time Patient Services Coordinator role within our esteemed team.

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate patient registration.

Each day, you will welcome patients with a friendly demeanor while maintaining a positive atmosphere. You will be responsible for scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments. Your communication with patients will occur through various channels, including in-person interactions and phone calls. If you possess the following qualifications, we would be pleased to have you join our team:

1+ years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in OB/GYN

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail

Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills

Adaptability and flexibility

Detail-oriented and proficient with technology

Willingness to accept constructive feedback

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

Ability to foster positive relationships with team members
