Job Summary:

As a Sales Lead in the Power Sports Department at Bass Pro Shops, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to support the GSM/DM in achieving departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage, and payroll goals. You will also be responsible for providing daily direction to associates within the department, preparing to-do lists, and executing all merchandising directives. Additionally, you will ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
