Key Responsibilities:
As a Scientific Content & US Market Capabilities Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and interpreting scientific data to create or update comprehensive and accurate documents that adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Managing the development and upkeep of Cardiovascular product-related Standard Response Documents to ensure timely and precise responses to frequently asked questions.
- Developing and refining global and local market medical content in alignment with clinical development programs and medical inquiry trends.
- Conducting literature searches and ensuring the accuracy of medical content for specified cardiovascular assets.
- Collaborating with the Medical Capabilities Customer Engagement team to inform on new content and assist in training for new scientific data.
- Managing multiple projects efficiently, providing solutions to complex challenges, and delivering accurate information within established timelines.
- Working across teams to develop Cardiovascular content plans that address local market medical needs.
- Assisting in the communication of the Cardiovascular strategy to healthcare providers and decision-makers.
- Creating training materials for the Medical Contact Center on disease states and product overviews.
- Evaluating and enhancing Medical Information processes for responding to inquiries and providing training to internal and external partners.
- Contributing to departmental improvements in processes and operations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Doctor of Pharmacy, MD, PhD, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in medical writing and editing within medical communications or medical information.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Cardiovascular field.
- Ability to respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals with focused clinical/scientific data.
- Knowledge of managed care concepts and the ability to tailor communication documents for payor/access customers.
- Understanding of healthcare professional needs and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Familiarity with management information systems and digital applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $48-$52.79 per hour, based on various factors including education and experience.
