As a Senior Business/Marketing Analyst at 99 Ranch Market, the leading Asian supermarket chain in the United States, you will play a crucial role in our ongoing expansion efforts. Our e-commerce team operates with the agility of a startup, striving to enhance the Omni-channel shopping experience for our customers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with warehouse stakeholders to deliver financial insights and analysis that drive business performance and align with strategic objectives.
- Create and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for warehouse operations, ensuring they meet overarching business goals.
- Evaluate financial performance metrics such as sales, margins, occupancy costs, and operational expenses to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancement.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint market opportunities, target demographics, and key messaging.
- Assess marketing performance metrics and KPIs to gauge campaign success and refine strategies for optimal return on investment.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or related fields, particularly within retail, real estate, or warehouse operations; experience in the retail sector is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills, including expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building effective relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to convert financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Employment Type:
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation.
