YOUR IMPACTThe Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the strategic positioning and messaging for the integration related Managed Services offering within the Business Network business unit at OpenText. This role is responsible for driving product marketing initiatives for a suite of supply chain solutions, primarily targeting procure-to-pay and order-to-cash business processes.
- Develop and articulate clear, compelling value-based messaging (VBM) and positioning for Managed Services offerings that resonate with target personas and align with OpenText business objectives.
- Create high-impact marketing materials, including product collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content, to support sales efforts and enhance market visibility.
- Serve as the market-facing expert, providing insights into supply chain trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and marketing efforts.
- Define market requirements for products and solutions based on input from analysts, market, customers, and sales. Work with product management to promote key product features to meet current and emerging market needs.
- Provide thought leadership and ongoing social media and communication both external and internal to OpenText.
- Coordinate and lead marketing and lead generation campaigns, working with both global campaign team and regional field marketing to execute on and track success of the campaigns and related assets.
- Support sales force needs as the evangelist for the products and solutions and related markets.
- Build analyst relationships to convey OpenText positioning and to understand market directions in the supply chain sector.
- Ensure product launch activity is complete and coordinated, working collaboratively with Product Management, Sales, and other parts of the business to ensure successful launches.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B integration, supply chain related experience.
- Knowledge of key supply chain processes such as procure to pay and order to cash and awareness of the role of analytics in the supply chain are desirable.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in supply chain, computer science, marketing, or similar field.
- Strategic thinking and ability to define and pursue strategic objectives.
- Excellent English skills and affinity for writing.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing work product quality.
