Job Title: Business Product Marketing Lead, GenAI

Meta is seeking an experienced Business Product Marketing Lead to join our GenAI team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of product marketing managers working on GenAI messaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and scale a high-performing business product marketing team
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of businesses, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience, shaping product strategies and plans
  • Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans globally, including positioning and cross-channel activation, and quarterback launches to support revenue and product adoption goals
  • Drive alignment across product and business teams for the purpose of unifying our vision and goals for our GenAI solutions
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations working across our GenAI portfolio and shepherd product strategy and development
  • Independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution
  • Effectively communicate across the organization and execute on priorities with agility to evolve with business needs
Requirements:
  • 10+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals
  • Experience mentoring and leading a diverse team
  • Product Marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
  • Experience working with advertisers or business enterprises
  • Experience presenting to large groups/C-level executives
  • Experience influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, with experience adapting, spotting issues early, and escalate
  • Experience in Generative AI
  • Balance of creative and analytical thinking, experience putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework
Compensation:

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
