Administrative Support Position

Regis HR Group seeks a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire organization.

About the Job

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Manage data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of all company documents and files.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless communication between departments and teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Salary Range

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
